So i want to start with background, i understand it might not be important, but for me it is, i used to be good looking guy, tall, muscular, only thing i was interested in life is having fun, i had money for it, i didn't worked or study, two years ago both of my parents died, i was left with 2 much money and properties i couldn't control or take care of, i left everything to my brother and sister, i moved away as i had depression, i started drugs, heavy drugs, on a daily, i didn't really cared about gym anymore, or communication with people, one year ago i went to hospital for drug addicts, i made a first step to change my life, but i couldn't stay there for a long and i left, for this last year i was fighting myself, and stopped using any drug/alcohol, i am keep fighting my depression, and decided to give all my time to bodybuilding, not for health, but to lift heavy, intense workouts till i blackout, i want to "live for fitness lifestyle", I want to start gaining back what i have lost, all the gains, then i am thinking for a steroid cycle, i never done it before, but i feel like i need it, i will post my diet plan and training
Diet 250-300protein 400-500carb 100-120 fat, total cal 3000-3500
training 5 times a week, intense workouts, every rep till i can't do it anymore, i give myself 3 month to get back in shape before starting steroids
steroid test solo ( haven't decided yet, sustanon prop or test e)
What would be your reccomandations and advices
