Hoping to get some recommendations for some Training/Programs that are good for Ostarine cycle.
Should I be doing strength more since Ostarine is pro-strength, or should I go ahead and a better looking physique from more hypertrophy programs?
Going to be eating in either Maintenance calories or a Slight Deficit for good body recomposition for 8 weeks. Hope you guys can help!!
