I'm glad to join this forum. My question is how to lose body fat percentage and mostly visceral fat? I am 5'11'' and weigh 175lbs. I workout 5 times a week, an hour weight training and 30 mins cardio. I'm about 20 percent body fat (not having much luck dropping body fat percentage). Calorie intake is about 3300 daily I have dianbol, winstrol, test -E and clenbutrol that I just got. If you can please suggest, what should be my best strategy to move forward.
