True nutrition is completely legit, and is as good as it gets for protein. I love the concept of creating your own blends, and I don't think I've ever seen a discount for there before, so 10% off is pretty sweet. I'm actually in need of protein now myself

I use their cold filtered whey - it is actually 100% lactose free. I am very lactose intolerant - I cannot even eat milk chocolate in any normal amount without having issues. I can use their cold filtered whey.

They have something for anyone and everyone of all types and needs etc... I love the accommodations and variety of the site... not to mention the quality...

This place is the best of the best I have used them for years. And DG is right, they very rarely have a sale of any kind. They custom blends are awesome and I can't believe they don't charge more for personal sized orders of custom blended protein.

Having the option to create your own blends is pretty nice, especially if you are wanting a specific ratio of different proteins, or to add in some post workout carbs
