Hello again! Today my question is about vascularization. Besides genetic and low body fat % what else can help with vascularization?
 
Mmmmm. Really not much else. Lol occlusion training maybe. Steroids. Steroids definitly help haha. I'm not a terribly vascular person myself even when I get lean.

There should be some NO "boosters", or some foods that promote better blood flow. And what about SARMS? do sarms raise nitric oxide levels in the muscles(I know steroids do)?
 
Dont waste your time with no boosters if you wanna be vascular get lean im the same way least vascular dude in the gym even at 10% bf there are fat dudes with more viens ... if you are just trying to be vascular for a photo ir something you can always do a hot shower of sauna

to get vascular is going to be variant from person to person but being very dry and lean has a lot to do with it... some compounds make you far more vascular than others... a lot of times pre workouts can help with vascularity with the blood flowing as it is... sarms always make me extremely vascular, especially s4... eq is a great anabolic for it as is winstrol but i get it from quite a few different compounds as well... masteron is very nice at this... you need to be very dry though and have some good natural genetics on it as well.. lets put it this way, the likelihood of being more vascular coincides with the higher levels of conditioning you are in...
 
Being dry is a big one, and obviously your bodyfat needs to be low. I think those are the main factors really, but some guys just get more vascular than others. That's just kinda how it goes

It's funny, lean guys who are long and thin looking always want to be bigger. And it seems bigger guys always want more vascularity. Funny how it goes!

Nah dude no over the counter garbage is going to do that.

It's a long process if you are not vascular. Like Rick said though if your not dry your not gonna see much anyway.

Citrulline, pomegranate juice, beets, watermelon, anything that increases growth hormone levels, test boosters... There's a lot of shit. Google would probably be a good thing to spend some time on.

I'd have to disagree. Increasing the need for blood flow to any specific area should help influence growth of new vessels. Oh... And not OTC but TB500 is supposed to help with growth of new blood vessels as well OP

that's because we all WANT IT ALL whether we really know it or not... thats what drives us all though... we all want to do nothing but improve daily... thats what its all about
 
Lowered sodium intake

If you are holding water, yes.....otherwise sodium can actually make you really vascular if you are already dry. It's a trick commonly used to eat a high sodium meal before a show to get vascular as fuck and it does work well

very good point bro... this is very true... the infamous cheat meal works very well right before a comp and i've seen guys get so grainy and veiny doing this that its unreal...
 
I have my clients drink some red wine mixed with some high quality glycerol the night before pre-judging and that works really well
