I'm thinking to start using dbol next month, cause I really need to gain muscles since I started the gym.

Please if you can help me out what dosage should I use daily and for how long.

Also what to take or do after I stop using them.

Dont do dbol only Add test as a base if you are advanced in bodybuilding. What are your stats?
 
So not use steroids at all. Period. You just started working out? EAT MORE FOOD. MORE MORE MORE. Dbol is going to give you lots of water gains anyway it's not a great mass drug on its own and you aren't ready for a cycle anyhow. What are your stats, age, experience?

You are getting way ahead of yourself here buddy. Let's start off with your stats and experience.....


Also forget about a Dbol only cycle. That's a very bad idea all the way around as it is to run any oral by itself. We cover this topic CONSTANTLY why it is such a bad idea

noone can help you in any way without stats? age/height/weight/body fat? what are your goals?

you need to gain muscles ? seriously? come on bro.. reread that and look how that sounds... you need to be in the gym more than 5 years at least to even begin to consider anything like that and for many, that is not long enough...
