urgent help please- reg lump

Hi Dylan, Urgent Help
Please give me some link where I can ask you.
Previously I had early gyno with small lump,I took Letrozole a2.5 mg for one week and then continued with aromasin 12.5 mg four next 4 weeks only.
And the gyno was no more.
But after two months again the same gyno on same right chest appears.
What shall I do ,now I am on 12.5 mg aromasin since 7 days,but lump is still there.

I have in my hands
,LETRO,
AROMASIN AND
TAMOXIFEN CITRATE.

Please advise so that I will get rid of Gynomaestia for ever.And I promise I will never take steroids,SARMs or anything.

Bro we don't even know if your gyno is estrogen or prolactin related so we can't advise on what to do until you post your bloodwork that we told you to get. Not sure what part of that you dont understand

its pretty hard to say without knowing what kind of cycle you ran that caused it and NO bloodwork... noone can help without all the pertinent info, which you have given none of
