Hey all just a quick update on my progress
Currently down to 210 ish pounds, started at 220 ish. Usually when I'm cutting weight I lose bench strength and that's what I'm experiencing now unfortunately, however I'm getting some great lower body gains. Got a new PR of 475x5 on my deadlift and been working on volume for my squats, achieved 355x8 on squat and that's pretty good for me. Currently doing a Deload week and just doing cardio as my joints have been really hurting, but other than that I'm doin pretty good. I'm about 5 weeks in or so and I'm hoping that I achieve my goals by the end of my cycle!
