Hey Dylan how are you? I was put on testosterone gel six months ago by my doctor. I really didn't trust what she new so I'm going to an endo now. I don't think he knows what he's doing either. I've watched a lot of your videos and you seem really knowledgeable. My blood work last time showed my lh and fsh was low. He wants me to come off cold turkey and then retest my levels. I don't want to crash and lose strength so I'm looking to do pct to get back to where I was before. My test levels were 280 before I got on TRT and my lh and fsh weren't checked before. Thanks and sorry for the long email.

Sooooo, do you have a question? Are you asking what PCT you should use?

I'd recommend to do some searching for a better doc. Sounds like the ones youre dealing with don't know what they're doing. Are you asking for a proper pct?

anytime you are on trt, your lh and fsh are going to be barely existent.. when was your last blood work taken? what was your test level at? i can help you to stop trt and to get on the right pct to kickstart everything but i need to know the answers to the questions i asked... let me know and i will get you all straightened out...

Are you not aware that LH and FSH are going to be at or near zero anytime you are in exogenous testosterone? That is perfectly normal and specter with TRT. I don't understand why the doctor wants to have you come off and retest levels, in,ess you are planning to stay off TRT for some Reason...but if you were at 280 levels it sounds to me like you need to be on TRT. I just don't see the need or reason to come off at all

Thank you so much. My blood was taken about two weeks ago and it was 690. Not sure what lh and fsh was he just said it was really low. If my regular test levels return back to 280 and won't go higher I may see about injections instead if he will do once a week.

just so you understand, your lh and fsh will remain bottomed out with trt use... if you want to come off, then you will need an 8 week pct, which should help you a lot, especially if you have increased from 280 to 690 with wack ass test gel... if you were on injections at a trt dose, you would likely be around 1000 give or take...

for your pct protocol, you would need an 8 week pct.. here is the link to get the pct stack... you would need TWO of these to complete the 8 weeks pct...

here is the layout...

clomid 50/50/50/50/25/25/25/0
nolva 0/40/40/40/40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
mk-2866 25 mg day
gw-501516 20 mg day

I guess I dont understand the point of going off TRT. For what reason? You already know your test was low, I assume you feel ok now with 690.

Unless the doc expects by some magic you've improved, but I'm assuming you were at 280 long enough, tried some other test boosters to no real avail, that the likelyhood of improvement is pretty minimal.
