Hello all, I am new to this forum but not to the gym been lifting off and on for 25yrs. 42 yrs. Old next month and have just finished my first year of test replacement therapy which caught me off guard last year but explained the hard work with no results now I'm researching for my first true cycle up and beyond the TRT I'm just wanting to improve the quality of the rest of my life, lower my bf% into the single digits, & get back to a chiseled physique! So, thanks for having me & I look forward to sharing where I can!

Welcome to ADR! You have come to the right place to learn how to cycle properly. There are a lot of good dudes on this forum who have a lot of experience, especially with blasting and cruising.

That's a pretty hefty dose for TRT, but I'm sure you feel great on it. I am on 200mg Test C weekly. Have you had bloodwork to see what range the 250mg puts you at?

Just got blood work done and I was at a 638 is what Doc showed me.

That seems low to me but have just been on once a week for a month now. And I do feel better but still lethargic I'm also on 175 Mcg of Synthroid for my Thyroid and it came back in the norm range.

Really? Wow. I would have honestly expected it to be much higher than that. 200 puts me in the 900s. That explains why you are at a higher dose then. It is taking more test to put you in middle normal range, where most people would require less. It just goes to show that everyone responds a little differently to TRT

I would love to be 900+!!!! I'm currently 5'10" 214#'s
bf%19 due to Thyroid gland not working well and low testosterone both showed up last year. I was hitting the gym hard and just kept getting fat! When I finally went to the Doctor they said I had low T & hypothyroidism getting old ain't for the weak! Lol

Welcome to Adrenaline Rush! Great to have you.

150mg test-cyp and 500IUs of HCG a week put me at a little over 700. I find it fascinating that everyone responds somewhat differently to TRT.

If you find yourself still on a slight hormonal roller coaster, shift to every 3.5 day injections. I inject 75mg on Sunday morning and another 75mg on Wednesday evening - and also take half the HCG dose each day. It smooths out the highs and lows and puts you on a flatter hormonal curve.

It is funny everyone is different. I like the idea of the every 3.5 day's I asked my Doc about this before they said it doesn't matter. I also asked about HCG they then looked at me like I was crazy! Kinda drives me crazy it seems like I just want to get back to normal and they keep fucking with me! I'm just really ready to get the test up and start taking control of this myself.

HCG is only really ever given if you are trying to have a baby while on TRT. Most docs in the US refuse to use it for this, since it is an off label use....a very common one, but still off label use.

If you go to the source talk forum, you will see where I get my HCG. Pharma grade and quite cheap.
