People often ask what I eat and how I can make anything good since I basically eat the same things every day all year but trust me, I have found a way... =) Here's tonights dinner...

8 oz. chicken 240 calories, 54 grams of protein

1 bell pepper 40 calories

3/4 box of mushroom 40 calories

2 zucchini 40 calories

1 serving of spinach 20 calories

1/4 serving white rice 50 calories

Seasoned with parsley and onion powder...



430 calories, 54 grams of protein, NO FAT, clean carbs, fiber... This is how I do it...

Nice, that's exactly what I make if not ground chicken or turkey.... Where's the peanut butter???LOL
 
looks good , do you cook the veggies a little first then throw the chicken in or all at the same time? might try this, i'm a big fan of mushrooms
