Here is today's Lunch...
3 servings of vegetables... Zuchini, Mushrooms, Carrots and Spinach
1.5 servings of organic chicken breast cut into squares
1/4 serving of rice
1 serving veganese
1/4 serving organic ketchup
1/4 serving organic mustard
I cook the vegetables first until they are nearly done, then add the chicken breast... everything is seasoned with parsley and onion powder
after cooking is complete, condiments are added and mixed throughly... its a damn good and healthy meal...
