How long should I take off from a cycle before I begin another, I was thinking of doing 10 weeks test cyp then jumping off for 12 weeks then running test cyp and deca for 12 weeks
Your post cycle is counted as part of your cycle. So for example if you cycle for 12 weeks, then it takes 2 weeks for cypionate esters to clear, then 4 weeks of pct, your total time off is 18 weeks
