Time Off Question

I have seen folks say 2 weeks off (after 4 week PCT) and others say 4-6 weeks.

What's everyone's verdict here?

Gear math made easy: Time on cycle + 2 weeks + PCT time= minimum how long you need to wait to start another. This is a general typical wait period if there is such a thing. Or you could go... finish, go to bed and start again. Just kidding.

This^^^. But if you're talking SARMS it's 3-4 weeks

You need to take just as much time off after a cycle as you were on when it comes to AAS cycles. This is because of both the severe suppression and shutdown as well as the health effects from it

Sarms however are different. You can start a new cycle after just 2-3 weeks upon completion of your pct. That's some of the great benefits of sarms and why they are so great in between cycles

time on = time off is what is generally followed.. is there some sort of proof on this? NO but through trial and error and seeing body responses, this is the time frame that has become followed by many.. you need to be sure your not putting your body through too much too often is the main point here... when you are on cycle, you are putting your body though a significant amount of stress, far more than normal, so you MUST not only take time for your natural production to recover but also your body in general, needs time to have the stresses being put on it removed... your body NEEDS time to recover...

Its a SARM stack:

LGD
RAD 140
MK-677
Ostarine
Cardarine

I was thinking 4 weeks but wanted to check. I'd like to start it asap but like I said, I want maximum efficiency lol

when you complete a sarms cycle, you need minimum 2-3 weeks off... 3-4 is probably the best.. if your coming off an anabolic cycle, you can starts sarms immediately after pct is complete...

When you cycle a fair amount over a period of time, you really can forget the level of stress you put on the muscles and joints, etc. This recuperative time between cycles gives us that chance. I find strength levels don''t crash too much unless I was on something really harsh like Halo that really makes me beastly strong (Rarely do that anymore... prefer slow steady retainable gains). The time off allows my hormones to settle and for a couple of rounds of blood work to make sure I am still firing on all thrusters internally as well as hormonally. It is easy to want to head right back on cycle in shorter turns but I just have learned not to do it. One time and only one time I hit a 12 week cycle of deca and test (of course test) and cruised on test and Masteron for 6 weeks then started again adding primo at 800ew and mast at 600ew the final 6 of a new 16 week run. I knew better. I was an animal but when I hit pct I really had to watch everything closely from bloods to bp, etc. Now I take the proper time off. That is when I really have to be disciplined and manage diet even closer... if I do I can get pretty hard and cut even off cycle. Throw in an Sarms bridge after pct and wham, I feel like a million again. That 10-12 weeks on sarms takes me closer to my next cycle with ease and really with continued gains. Just my bro science two cents.
