Thoughts on this routine????

Here's my new idea for three on, one off routine. Thoughts? Comments?

Day 1: Heavy Chest (5 sets of 5) light biceps (3 sets of 8)
Day 2: Heavy Shoulders (5 sets of 5) light Triceps (3 sets of 8)
Day 3: Heavy Back (5 sets of 5) light Legs (3 sets of 8)
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Heavy Biceps (5 sets of 5) light Chest (3 sets of 8)
Day 6: Heavy Triceps (5 sets of 5) light shoulders (3 sets of 8)
Day 7: Heavy Legs (5 sets of 5) light back (3 sets of 8)

I'll be doing three exercises with the 5x5 and 3 exercises with the light 3x8.

I've been going to the gym for three years with zero results (aside from getting lean) found out my T-levels are crazy low so now I'm on TRT and want to take advantage of this golden opportunity to finally see some results in the gym.

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated
Thanks

Thanks for your time and honest input. Can I ask what routine you'd recommend for someone who's a very hard gainer? My t-levels were close to 100 at one point. As my Doctor said "it's damn near impossible to gain any muscle with t-levels that low"

Again, I truly appreciate your time and input and am always willing to take some advice from others.

Thanks

I like what V is talking about. I was on a "bro split" with little gains over a year and a half. Switched to a full body three days a week and took off in terms of gains. I have reverted back to more of a bro split but it really isn't a beginner split. You need a foundation.
