1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…

i would never say its okay... will it kill you, of course not... is it smart... of course not... quite stupid honestly and completely defeats the purpose, but it wont hurt you like it would if you were using a methylated oral...

BTW I'm on the same stack Dylan recommended, you will look in the mirror in 12 weeks and say..."Who in the hell is that!" when you train hard...check the diet like a crime lab....and STOP DRNKING......
