Currently cutting sitting approx 13%bf
Im thinking of taking GW and S4 to assist me in this cut to lose a further last 7lbs before i start a super slow lean mass phase.
Is gw and s4 a good place start to "test the waters" ? Easy on the wallet for now too..
How long would I run it for?
What do i expect it to do in terms of strength and physique?
Pct after? If so, what to take?
