If anyone could give me some guidance on doing first warm cycle. Was thinking about running mk for 8-10 weeks at 20 or 25mg. I’m 40 years old and want to build some better strength and put on 5lbs of muscle and lose fat. I’m about 22-23% body fat now and I’m 6f 1inch tall and weigh about 245-250 with like 104lbs of skeletal muscle. I would like to get to around 18% body fat. Should I add cardarine and at what dose and for how long. I’m worried about suppression from the mk2688 and do I need to run a pct? And if I don’t is there anything I can do to help keep the gains after coming off?? So my goal is to get to 230-235 weight as close to 18% body fat and 5lbs of added muscle would be nice. Is this doable and how safe??
