Here it is guys my log the one I've been delaying FOREVER!! But schools out now I can coast and make some gains without the added stress!

This is day one btw so I'll be keeping you updated weekly.

First thoughts on sarms taste...it tastes like hickory smoked ass GAW THAT TASTE >_< I had to have a cup of peach juice handy (I did not mix) however I did drink the juice roughly a minute after ingestion, if I need to take them without the juice I will (that's in case it hinders the effectiveness) wish me luck bros!!

As for the juice.. Thats fine man, using a chaser it totally fine. You dont want to mix it together in a glass or anything but if you wanna chase down that ass taste go for it.

Thanks bros I appreciate the support. I must say so far my 3rd day in still no sides from the S4. I'll take that as a good sign, but after two weeks I'll up the dose by 10mg. I think I'll make It past the minute 30 mark. ;) just like mike tysons punch out!! Haha btw my favorite boxer in there is bald bull
 
Reporting in!

So my first week, first impressions. I Definetly felt a lot different stronger able to endure more a very good change all in all. However I feel I should have approached this a little more professionally because during my last month and a half of this college semester I fell off I didn't go to the gym period and I feel if I stayed active I could have reaped more benefits. So That's my bad. Anyways here's the set up

LGD 4033 10 mg a day (mornings
S4 - 50 mg in split doses (this ones tricky, morning first dose> 2nd dose after work which is 4pm)
GW- 20 mg pre work out
MK- 25 mg a day (mornings)

so my first dosage of this of course is as mentioned earlier it tasted really bad. Yet I now can take them and not be bothered by the taste. My meals are this

Monday's > 5 eggs for breakfast > 3-4 chicken breasts for lunch with mixed vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, and karrots
and protein shake> for dinner 2 chicken breasts and veggies.

Tuesday's are the same> only difference is I have a cup of oatmeal for breakfast and a protein shake. The week meals alternate so one day is 5 eggs for breakfast other day is 1 full cup of oatmeal. Lunch and dinner remain same. So far I've seen impressive strength gains I mean what some consider minor I consider HUGE like, I LITTERALLY feel more energetic and knowing that I have that extra push to help me achieve my goals I'm happy so I'm a satisfied customer and this is just the first week. I'll be keeping you guys updated.
