what was it called? The crap and the clear? I can't belive that Bonds could not get better advice than what he got!
Bonds was lying. He was likely taking a combination of AAS and Growth to say the least. He claimed to say he took some topical cream that could be easily confused for an OTC substance that isn't actually banned, instead of saying "oh yea I was injecting testosterone".
Its a lie that is much more believable. Its hard to say "I was injecting myself 2-3 times a week but had no clue it was an illegal and banned substance. But its easy to say "I didnt know the cream my trainer rubbed on my made me fail a drug test and I had no idea that you can put steroids in a lotion".
See the difference?
That guy only got bigger and stronger the more he aged. That's why he was caught. The type of bodygrowth just doesn't happen at his age without AAS. It was more than obvious to the media and his peers.

I think that you are spot on there. Also I remember when Mark McGuire played for the A's...he looked like Olive Oil on Popeye..then he gos to St.Lou and looks like Brutus with gigantic forearms....then left a bottle of Androsteine in his locker...so all could see.
Bond's transformation was pretty dramatic also.

Go listen to Joe Rogans podcast where he has Victor Conte on. He tells all. But the best one was whatever he gave Bob Sapp. He talks about it and says Sapp was buying it by the gallon or something. Hence why he got so fucking big

I know exactly the podcast you are talking about, I'm a fan of it and I've heard what Victor Conte has had to say. Its just as surprising as it is not.
But to give the OP an answer. Don't use any of that stuff, try sarms or some actual AAS.

He was taking FLAX CREAM GUYS... what the fuck! don't you remember that? just like arod DIDNT KNOW HE WAS TAKING PRIMO... give me a break... that shit may fly with people that really dont know how this all works but we all know better... they ALL knew exactly what they were taking, whether it was cream or flat out injectables, they knew... i would always pass on topicals with injectables around... you never really heard anything about "the clear" after this issue with baseball... if your looking for yourself then dont waste time on looking for topicals bro...
