I'm thankful for my family. My children. My other half. Having food to eat.. Having a bed to sleep in.. Thankful for this online family. Thankful for other people graciousness. I am very fortunate.

I hope you had a great Thanksgiving brother... thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes... I did extra fucking cardio and blasted chest and biceps before our dinner... I definitely ate a good amount this year but more turkey than anything which is normally my opposite... im usually stuck on the dressing and green bean casserole but the turkey was the most moist i have ever fucking seen so there was a lot of extra protein intake LOL... I hope you had a great one brother...
