Testosterone level 121

Hi I just had bloodwork done yesterday and my testosterone level is 121 I want to run Nolvadex beligas from domestic supply but do not know how long to run to get into the 600s testosterone levels . I also started doing 300 pushups a day and supplementing with some over the counter test booster from cvs . I was gonna get d aspartic acid for low test but I think the right approach would be Nolvadex let me know guys thanks

Also I ran some Enclomiphene from umbrella labs and got my testosterone levels to 405 but the levels dropped I don’t think I ran it long enough idk

We are actually going to see the doctor because of the low test but I don’t think that will solve shit
