This is my first cycle I am 4 weeks into 250mg a week testerone cycle, this past week I have been very itchy and I have been feeling very warm in my face/ears and legs a couple times a day. My question is are these normal side effects? My anxiety has been very high and I am thinking of stopping early, should I try a lesser dosage? I did blood work pre cycle and I am doing my mid cycle this week

Apart from the anxiety I've gotten all of those side effects. You might be worrying yourself for nothing. 250mg is already very low I would not go any lower than that. If you can hold out do your mid cycle blood work and come back and share it with us.

I am 37 no I am not taking a AI at the moment but I do have one on hand, I have a history of anxiety in the past but I was afraid I messed my body up or did something wrong
No if u have anxiety already, steroids can aggravate that. You may want to consider switching to sarms
