thats a very strong plan to say the least... it goes for a much more complete and successful cycle... you are covering all the ground here with both test and gh levels on the rise, as jack pointed out... i love the plan... what are your goals? stats? age/height/weight/body fat?
An incredible combo for sure. You get the power of high levels of test along with increased GH output. That would be awesome for gains, with little to no side effects as long you control the estrogen from the test
Yes, absolutely just as effective. Sarmsx aromasin is top not h quality. As a matter of fact the benefit of liquids is also being able to adjust your dose unlike pillsBeen taking 12.5 mg Aromasin all throughout this cycle.

Goals are to add on as much lean muscle as I can within this cycle - while keeping the bodyfat and water retention buildup as minimal as possible.
(probably pretty typical goals - for the most part). I'm not looking to compete in any shows or anything like that.
MY STATS:
AGE: 46 (been lifting since regularly I was 22)
HEIGHT: 5'10
WEIGHT: 225 (started this cycle at about 215 - into the 7th week of my Test E cycle and just added the MK-677)
B/F: Approx 12% - with daily morning fasted cardio (30-40 min)
EXAMPLE WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE: 5-6 Days/week
Day 1: Arms
Day 2: Legs/Calves/Abs
Day 3: Chest
Day 4: Back
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Shoulders (w/ some light "pump" chest work)
Day 7: Abs/Cardio
TYPICAL DAILY NUTRITIONAL INTAKE:
Meal 1: HOMEMADE SHAKE: 8 large eggs (6 whites/2 whole), 6-8oz oatmeal, banana, water (sometimes 2% milk)
Meal 2: 8 oz tuna, 8-10 oz brown rice
Meal 3: 10 oz white meat chicken, 8-10 oz brown rice
*** Gym Workout ***
Meal 4: HOMEMADE SHAKE: 8 large eggs (6 whites/2 whole), 6-8oz oatmeal, banana, water (sometimes 2% milk)
Meal 5: 8 oz 93% lean beef, 6-8 oz of brown rice or pasta
As with most "normal" lives, the above can fluctuate and there is the occasional cheat meals/snacks from time to time.
My PLAN has been/continues to be a 16 week (Test E - 500mg/wk) cycle - with 4-8 week PCT (clomid/nolva).
I'm thinking I will continue taking MK-677 through the rest of the cycle and onward - also utilizing it as a bridging supplement and, perhaps, adding GW and MK-2866 as part of the bridge as well.

This has been my first "test" cycle - which is why you don't see a crazy list of supplemental anabolics for this first one.
(so far so good, by the way ... definitely am seeing/feeling lean muscle growth and not packing on bodyfat)
My planned PCT at this point is - and in hand (just as you indicate):
clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
As I mentioned, I'd like to continue on steady with MK-677 post-cycle (and probably into the eventual next)
I was thinking of using the following as a "bridge" between my pct and my next cycle, but you're recommending both of these as better for PCT?

you definitely want GW and mk2866 in your pct... you can continue with them into your bridge... definitely run mk677 for 6 months minimum but a year is the most optimal... for your bridge, i can set up a stack for you but i need to know your goals during that time...
My goals during my bridge period will be to keep (or even add onto) as much lean muscle mass as I can - continuing to bust my ass in the gym as always - while working on further decreasing overall bodyfat percentage (in prep for my next cycle). Again, I've not got my eye set on competing in any shows ... just working on being the best me I can be.
