I realize this forum is for posting info on SARMs/steroids and not peptides (I’m pretty sure that is correct?), but here goes my question anyway..
I have read on some Reddit threads where folks are saying that TB500 is no longer produced, and that all TB500 that is sold these days is actually TB4. In other words anything labeled as TB500 is actually TB4. And that there are CAS numbers to distinguish between the two. And that before purchasing, it is wise to check the CAS # for the product you want to purchase in order to know what you are getting. Basically, from what I’ve read.. TB500 is synthetic and it should be taken every other day (not every day), and TB4 is natural and it should be taken everyday. And apparently TB4 is the better, upgraded version of this peptide.
I verified the CAS # of the TB500 (885340-08-9) on Umbrella’s website, which means that it is in fact TB500 (according to Reddit). I cannot find TB4 (CAS # 77591-33-4) on either Umbrella’s nor RCS’s websites.
Does anyone have any insight into any of this? Should I just stick with the regular old TB500? Also, please let me know me know if I should post peptide related questions like this anywhere else in particular. Thanks
