Supplement Layout suggestions for Super Stack

Diaphanous

New member
Hey everyone... i posted this earlier today,

...I'm talking about fine tuning the supplements one uses to provide a better environment for the Super Stack to take effect.
Ill be opening a thread in the Supplement section about this where I'll lay out what supplements i use, how i use em and when,
to get some feedback from the experienced sarms users of this forum on how to adjust any of these or include others
that will improve the whole Sarms Super Stack experience!
So this is what and how i use :

1) Protein Powders

Pre-breakfast mix of the most commonly known fast acting proteins (In a shake)
10g of native whey iso
10g of free range egg white
10g of Soya Iso
10g of Micelar Cassein (being a slow acting protein, i take it in pre-breakfast to act supplementary in breakfast's protein intake).

Pre-workout
1 apple and (in a shake)
10g of native whey iso
10g of free range egg white
10g of Soya Iso
tsp of organic raw cacao
pinch of organic cayen pepper.

Post work out (in a blender)
10g of native whey iso
10g of free range egg white
10g of Soya Iso
1 inch piece each of turmeric and ginger root
1,5 ceylon cinnamon stics
and 17 ounces of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice or freshly frozen when out of season.

(At some point im thinking of substituting from all the above, the 10g of soya iso,
with a combination of 5g brown rice iso and 5g pea iso
This combination will be better profiled in terms of AAs than just soya iso)

The mentality of using less grams from more and different kinds of fast acting proteins,
than just one kind (like say 40g of Whey iso), is that u provide ur body with a broader source of complete proteins
and that diversification gives u the benefits of all these different protein sources
and in the long run proves i guess to be overall better for ur health.
Powders are from Myprotein.

2) Zodin (?3 supplement with 460mg EPA and 380 DHA)
1 soft gel everyday after launch.

3) Controlled labs Orange Triad (multivitamin-joint-digestion & immune)
6 tablets a day (2 after breakfast 2 after lunch 2 after dinner)

4) ZMA
3 capsules an hour before bedtime from My protein

5) Pre-bedtime smoothie (in a blender) 10 minutes before bedtime
containg among other things 15g of micelar and 10g of hulled hemp seeds.

Thats it! proteins, ?3, zma and multivitamin.
Never used ready made prewo or bcaas or any other specialized supplement.

What do u think???

i LOVE the intricate thinking of protein intake and having different types that act in a different way... i think that is excellent bro and i love how you think on that... im big on taking in micellar in the morning to allow for slow absorption throughout the day... i have always felt first thing in the morning and right before bed is the best time for it... i tend to not have shakes often but i mix it in with oats and eggs for intake... i think its great... the one thing i dont like is the including of the soy, even though its minimal, i would get that portion out and substitute as you indicated... just keep an eye on the sodium because you have many types that tend to carry a lot of sodium all in one... thats the only issue i could see there...

as far as other supplements, that just based on what your trying to accomplish and what you truly feel is effective for you... for instance, i stick with the same ones throughout... dandelion root, maca, alpha lipoic acid, horny goat weed and raspberry ketones... these are my daily supplements, along with bcaa's and glutamine twice a day... you have a nice set pu with what you currently have as well.. i think it looks good other than the areas i mentioned in your protein make up... Im not sure what you have in the entire smoothie blend either but judging by other areas you have listed, my assumption is its fairly healthy... im big on one apple a day and i have 1 every day of the week... i think it looks good bro

Thats exactly how i use micellar and mixing it with hulled hemp seeds especially in the night prolongs its use even further.
Here is what I have created and think works best for me for a night smoothie.

1) In the grinder first i put 1,5 ceylon cinnamon sticks, 10gr almonds, a teaspoon of alfalfa and 5 grams of extremely bitter apricot kernels, locally grown here.

(The dosage for apricot kernels is NOT THE SAME FOR EVERYONE and has been adjusted especially for my body using a technique similar
to ur S4 method. I gradually increase the intake by 1 kernel once a day starting from 3 kernels and when i feel-realize any of the following symptoms
(migraine headache stomach pain nausea desire to vomit) i go back to the previous safe dosage (-1 kernel).
One must eat the kernels on an empty stomach, raw straight in the mouth, without anything else whatsoever, so that the side effects can be accurately realized.
This safe dosage then can be had up to 3 times a day and no sooner than every 3 hours at least and can be mixed with anything else u desire.
U can re-do this process no sooner than once a month to increase the dosage safely as the body gets gradually more used to it.

2) After grinding, I add to the mix 15gr of micellar casein, 10gr of hulled hemp seeds, 7-8gr of chia seeds, 5gr of chlorella and 5gr of spirulina

3) In the blender I throw a 1,5 inch piece each of fresh turmeric and ginger root, half an avocado, a teaspoon of coconut oil, the mix i have from steps 1 and 2,
35gr of each of the following green leaves (spinach chard and kale) and 3 whole red grapefruits freshly squeezed along with half a lemon squeezed.
Add 100 to 150 ml of water according to how thick u want ur smoothie to be and blend for no more than 30 seconds to keep bioactive all the nutrients.
A professional blender comes in handy as less powerful home blenders take much more time to blend the ingredients thus destroying in the process the nutrients.

... i know what u mean and Its always the case with these powders and no one emphasizes on sodium content... and all of them have got excess!
In my case the native whey iso and the micelar are 0.2 and 0.4 per 100gr. I think thats ok considering i never use salt anywhere anyway.
But free range eggwhite and soya are 3g and 3.2g per 100g. Thats a lot for sure.
Pea and brown rice make a great combination and can substitute soya.
Brown rice has no sodium whatsoever but pea is also at 3gr per 100gr. I guess using 5gr of pea iso and 5 of brown rice,
instead of 10gr of soya is allready a progress.

Those power chews are any good? I saw the products they got and aside d-test, which ill be using anyway, bcaa and glutamine are the ones im most interested.
Creatine i always use in powder and pre wo ready made formulas never interested me. whats the sodium content if any in bcaa and glutamine??
Are these naturally flavored and is there anything to keep an eye on those? There s a small list of other ingredients on their label, quite a few actually,
that i cant even make out and have no idea what they are.

DO u think i could use those two for preworlout along with some raw cacao and cayen pepper
and stop the preworkout powders altogether? When during the day do u also use bcaas and glutamine? Morning or before bed?

The power chews are very good, including the BCAA and glutamine chews. You can also get BCAAs and glutamine in powder form pretty cheap. As for natural flavoring it depends on what brand or kind you are using. There is flavored and unflavored bulk powders out there. Usually sodium content is very low, but it depends on the brand. I use BCAAs intraworkout, and then glutamine generally post workout and before bed.

Thanks RickRock! ;)
Yes glutamine post workout and before bed makes most sense to me too.
BCAAs i think could perhaps be better timed indeed in intraworkout with some coconut water or electrolytes, than in pre-workout.
Do you think then in this case that the protein powders in my preworkout shake are not needed any more or do i keep em?

As far as other supplements, that just based on what your trying to accomplish and what you truly feel is effective for you... for instance, i stick with the same ones throughout... dandelion root, maca, alpha lipoic acid, horny goat weed and raspberry ketones... these are my daily supplements, along with bcaa's and glutamine twice a day...

In what forms do u use these supplements (peals capsules powders), how often in the day and how do u time em?

1)Dandelion for Joint pains muscle soreness bruises skin toning etc right?
I have it at home in tea bags but wasn't using it everyday.

2)Maca is excellent! Had some of that bad tasting stuff in powder and used to mix it with suma powder together in equal proportions.
That mix, till now has been the mother of all bad tasting powders for me hands down! Thank god for smoothies where u can magically make everything taste good!
I finished it and for some reason forgot or never bothered to buy it again

3)Alpha lipoic acid was suggested to me a couple years ago and never got round it... Ill definetely include it now on...
600mg once a day right? When is it best to take it?

4)Horny goat weed... isn't that used in a similar way as dandelion root for joint pains and muscle?
Do u get that separately? They often sell it combined with maca.
I looked around abit and u can get that separately up to 1200mg a tablet!

5)Raspberry ketones yes they are everywhere, most of them are 1200mg a day.
Do u cycle those or take em 12 months a year? When do u take em?

1. it acts as a natural diuretic as well so it rids your body of any excess water but in a safe manner as opposed to diuretics.

2. absolutely love maca!

3. i take it mid day or in the morning... whenever i feel i am going to need some extra energy

4. i use it for libido which it definitely works with

5. i take them in the morning or right before bed... depending on what i had to eat the day or previous day etc.

NICE METHOD bro! That's very intricate but that's how i like it!

as far as the power chews go... Honestly, i have been using the bcaa's and glutamine since they first came out many years ago... these are excellent... they are not the cheapest out there but i have found a place where they are basically half the price as retail at www.hardsupplements.com I use the bcaas and glutamine twice a day... 1/2 serving of each right before my workout and the other half of each right before bed...
