Hello everyone, I'll keep it nice and short. I came across Bob Paris' aesthetically pleasing physique a few days ago, And I'm a person who always take the concept of 'More Is Not Always Better' and use less and half of a compound. And I believe in this concept and having sustainable gains when it come to the Human Body and training and having a vision in my mind of the perfect physique as it relates to me.
And I really have been drawn to Bob Paris' Physique because as I have researched and read information on him, he used the 'More Is Not Always Better Concept', and used less and half of the compounds that he used; and to me he stands out and had a really good physique.
But I can't make out what cycle he ran and compounds he used, so feel free to make a 'list' of suggestions as to what you think he used, as there is no information of his cycle back in the 80's.
Anyone's suggestions and advice is helpful and welcomed.
