store in a cool, dry place... a medicine cabinet, kitchen cabinet etc... NEVER put in the fridge or expose to any extreme temperatures..

No not at all. That is perfectly fine to help redistribute the compound in the solution

no, not at all... thats what you need to do... to suspend sarms, you have to put them in boiling water as it is... you just dont expose them to extreme temperatures for PROLONGED periods of time but otherwise, you are good bro
