Special Case TRT at 23 years old ?

Hey Dylan, this is a bit of a long question but my doctors have not been able to help so far.

I’ve tested myself privately for the last two years (am test) and my testosterone has always come back very low (170-230 ng/dL).

I’m currently 6’3 tall and weigh 220 lbs at 14% body fat. I’ve played sports all my life so always been active and always on top of my diet and training.

I am 23 years old so this is where both my doctors and I struggle. I have completed three sarms cycles over the last year and a half with proper PCT just as you’ve described in your videos. I’ve tested my testosterone levels ten times total, 3 x before any cycles and 7 x before/after the sarms cycles.

The three tests before any sarms cycle results’ were 170-190 ng/dL.

Now onto my question. Is TRT something that would make sense for me given my young age of 23 ? Conversely, if you wouldn’t recommend TRT for me and I choose to run a 12 week cycle of Test Cypionate at 200-250mg a week, would I need HCG for PCT or would I be just fine with Clomid, Nolvadex and Aromisin ?

Last question, is there a Sarm which would provide close to the same mental benefits as testosterone ?

Thanks for taking time Dylan, your videos are always of great help!

All help is greatly appreciated!

ii am not the person to ask about this bro.. especially at your age... you need to speak to an endocrinologist about this, not just a family doctor or you wont get anywhere... this is what you need to do though, not ask me or anyone else on the internet... this is a life changing thing here...

in no way, shape or form would i ever advise someone your age to use steroids or run cycles either...

Thanks for replying! I understand and really appreciate the feedback. I’ll see an endocrinologist and no cycles! Thanks again Dylan, your videos are always of great help!

Make sure you find a good endocrinologist that will treat you the way you need. Not a general doctor
