So my buddies hands are swelling up. He's five weeks in to a cycle using sus I believe or dbol. I'd have to ask him. But are the swelling of your hands a side effect?

He needs to get his blood pressure checked asap. Its most likely water retention though. Does he take creatine aswell?

It sounds to me like he has no idea about controlling estrogen by using an AI. That's water retention that he's experiencing, and continuing down that path will get him his own set of titties if he doesn't get this under control

Whats a good dose of aromasin if taking 20mg dbol with test and npp at 300each per week

I'd use Arimidex or letro on DBOL, aromasin is a weak AI. I'd also keep Nolvadex handy as some orals, such as Anadrol can increase free circulating estrogen that is unrelated to aromatization therefore a SERM Like tamox or ralox are the only options in this case.
Your friend is suffering from edema aka water retention and this is very stressful on the kidneys and heart, it should be fixed immediately.
