You just have to buckle down and drop that bodyfat with a good diet man. That's the main thing, along with maybe some cardio. Those areas are usually the last to go on men, so you'll have to get relatively lean before they disappear.

You can read up on here but you could get knock a lot of it off and set yourself up for a kick ass diet with the 3 day tuna regimen. Cardio has to be uped in time.Treadmill- incline all the way up and go for a 3-4 speed and do this one hour everyday. Start each cadio session with rope tucks and end each session with rope tucks.You basically need to loose more weight.
 
I like to implement different forms of cardio.....stepmill, incline treadmill, elliptical, and bike I all rotate around for variety. Sessions I keep to 30-45 minutes

yeah i forgot to mention stairmaster. that one is real sick for cardio..make you wish you were never born after 10 min

You're right about that! It's becoming my favorite form of cardio, even though it's a love/hate relationship lol
 
My gym has this mountain climber type thing. I'll post a picture Monday. We had some fucktards break a couple bolts on a pedal. So I had to cut it off and someone else is finding bolts to fit. So it's out of order. I haven't tried it yet but hope to soon.

Tuna regiment! First time I did it I dropped 8#s...I gained a whole shit ton of cuts in my abs....I just started my second 3 day tuna run. Try it!
