Second steroid cycle and first time using dianabol.

I hope you are all well these holidays. I watch a lot of your videos and they are the most helpful. Straight to the point and highly informative so thank you guys for making those.


Here's my question:

This is my second cycle and first time using dbol.
I will be using
30mg DBOL weeks 1-4
Test is 625mg 1-12
Masteron 400mg 1-2

I have aromasin and arimidex on hand.
Which and how much should i use to prevent gyno while also NOT hindering gains?

Please guys, any help you can throw my way would be truly appreciated.

The Dbol dosage and cycle duration look fine. However, I don't see any liver protection there, so you must get some good liver protecting supplements for the entire cycle. As for the AI's, better go with aromasin - it will increase good cholesterol levels, free test, and will boost IGF-1 production by up to 25%. Arimidex will do none of these good things. Besides, aromasin is a suicide inhibitor, so it will not allow estrogen rebounds. With it you will prevent gyno on cycle. Finally, make sure to have the PCT products on hand before starting the cycle.

I have a lot of dbol experience, but it's not for everyone. You need to control estrogen problems with dbol and not everyone can do that.

Well, 15 pounds are quite a feasible expectation from Dbol, but how good these gains will be is hard to tell. I can definitely tell that there will be a lot of water retention, so a good chunk of muscle volume will be gone after the cycle. However, you will definitely also feel a great increase in strength, which is also quite beneficial on cycle. The less ancillaries you will use, the more water retention, and less real gains you will get.

What was your experience on dbol if you've ever ran it before?

From personal experience I can tell that I have had much better results with such steroids as EQ. In the end of the day they give some really clean and dry gains that will remain there for a long time, and will do so with much less side effects. Nevertheless, there is no denying that Dbol is an awesome kick-starting compound to longer acting steroids, so it can be very effective when used properly for the right purposes.

He meant that many people don't know how to use it properly, and others have biological predispositions that make it a bad idea to us Dbol on cycle. It is quite individual. All in all, if you are prone to having estrogen related side effects, you should not use this steroid without due precautions.

im not seeing the correlation here with running dbol with masteron... that's pretty much as contradictory as you can get... your really wasting masteron here... what is your body fat at right now? if its not low enough then there is no reason whatsoever to use masteron... you do realize masteron is basically a pure aesthetic and its for people that are already very lean... you are ruining its effect by using dbol with it... if you want the bigger gains but still want to utilize masteron as well, then you can get dbol like gains without any of the water and sides by using tbol along with lgd-4033 and rad-140... if you want the best results that are the most sustainable then run it that way... here's a layout for you...

1-14 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-6 tbol 60 mg day
1-6 cycle assist
1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Now this is quite a complete cycle to run! I like the TBol there - it is an awesome alternative to Anavar. I don't quite get all the hype around Anavar, when you have such good options.

I know it leans you out but that's not why I'm taking it. I added it because the extra DHT effect plus it frees up bound testosterone and has a slight AI effect which I'm sure you know already but I'm just saying. I feel like it gives me a little more aggression and pep in my lifts and makes the muscle I have feel denser.

Perhaps I should hold of the masteron until the dbol portion of the cycles is finished? Or use less?
My cycle is already on its way. I mean I could just order the tool and just wait .
Honestly so many possibilities it's tough to choose but that's what you guys are for.
Plus with the way Dylan and others sell Aromasin I never wanna take any other AI, just has so many benefits besides being the best AI.
as with the other compounds Dylan mentioned I'm sure they are great and most helpful but I'm not familiar with them and being that this is my first run with Dbol my focus is getting the most out of it while reducing the potential for sides.

There is no need to use Nolvadex on cycle - just use Aromasin, and it will be more than enough, especially if you will use it from the first day of the cycle.

Happy new year bro... Your right to a point with masteron but its not as strong as perceived... Its more or less an aesthetic with other qualities but nothing too strong so essentially your wasting damn good anabolic by only getting a fraction of what you should...

I would highly recommend running the cycle i laid out and saving the dbol for later... I gave you the most optimal cycle to get the absolute best gains...

Dafuture, I see what your saying in terms of aesthetics like being ripped an all but my thinking was this:
Use the dbol as a kick start and gain as much mass and strength as i can.
Then when the 4 week kickstart is done the bloat will reduce or go away.

Then build more keepable gains with the tbol toward the end of the cycle.

Is running the this so crazy? Dudes run oral only cycles for 12 weeks straight which is frowned upon by most.
In my case it would be 4 weeks on then a break for 4 weeks then I'd run Tbol either 4 more weeks or extend the cycle and run it for 8 weeks.
If I'm running liver protection along side is it really so dangerous??? Guys eat 80 mugs of dbol sand nobody is dying right?

Sorry, overlooked your other post, though you were going to run them back to back. In such case it would be feasible, but make sure to use both for a total of 8 weeks only, and get the best liver support. Avoid anything bad for your liver during the cycle, such as alcohol.

And for later, don't take other guy's words seriously - many can bragg around, whilst others may not even be aware of the health problems they have. Just trust the science behind steroids. As for the Tbol - it is a very good choice. In fact, I consider it to be the best alternative to anavar, as it has the same effects, but it is cheaper and less faked.
