I about to start my second cycle of sarms. no prior steroids or pro-hormones.
age 41
height 6' 0"
weight 320 lbs
bf 23% calipers by former NPC nationals qualifier who does training and nutrition
training Hardcore from 19-22 then did not again till 38 so I have been training again for pushing 3 years
diet can be better, but I do get enough protein and don't eat collosal amounts of junk. I have gained muscle the way I eat and lost weight
Special info.
I have low T and found out in 2007 I forget the natural levels but it was 200 something or low 300 something. Anyway at first doc put me on androgel. Since we might still have kids and want them he then put me on clomid at 50mg m-w-f each week continuously. I am 41 and the wife is 43 so kids will be tough, but she is holding more hope than I am ( I am the realist). That is why I am not on Hrt. my doctor is flexible to test injects at 150mg per week or 200 every 10 days. I wont be doing that for sometime though at least another couple years. I will come back to the reason for it later with my PCT.
Here is what I am fixing to do as soon as my sarmsx order comes in
Lgd 10 mg per day either 8-12 weeks. I will go with the recommendation form here. Last cycle was two months sarmsxlgd and I got decent results
Cardarine 20mg per day either 8-12 weeks againt looking for advice. I also see some split their dosage
I might throw in some ostarine if I can afford it at whatever the sarmsx dose is. I think its 25mg per day. Now one question I have is if I cant buy it until say 4 weeks into my cycle is it work it if I only use it 4 of the 8 week cycle or 8 weeks of a 12 week cycle.
Now here is the PCT question. Since I have low t and take clomid should I take it as I use it now during my cycle or should I stop using it and then take clomid at the end of my cycle like often advised ( but those people usually don't have low t)
questions I have
1 can I take with food or need empty stomach?
2 any benefit to taking on workout days prior or after workout?
3. Should I change anything about my training? I always got good resuts from dorian yates blood and guts type training in spite of being natural
4, Can I use tribulus instead of daa or is daa the way to go? I have two bottles of tribulus so I thought I would ask.

I will be using eas why protein or nutrakey protein ( whey), bpi bcaa on workout days, preworkout assault by musclepharm on workoutdays.
Goals
Some weight loss is great. I started back at 380 as a heart attack and diabetes waiting to happen and lost weight and sometimes even get compliments in the gym. I am more interested in getting stronger.
Thoughts, theories, ideas, suggestions?

was interested in starting off with just an LGD 8-12 weeks 10mg/day. is this worth it as a standalone? also, i've heard conflicting things about pct for Ldg. thank you for your time and input.
