I’ll give my stats before I get to my question. Age 27, 6’2, 215, 15% bf, ran one other cycle approx. 6 months ago. My goals are to build lean muscle while increasing endurance.
My first cycle I ran Test E at 400mg/wk along with GW and LGD. I was just looking to build muscle. I was incredibly happy with my results however, as expected, my endurance took a bit of a hit and running was an issue because of the pumps.
I’m currently building my second cycle around a CrossFit style program, think tactical athlete. The SARMS triple stack is highly advocated here and reading about other people’s success has made me want to give it a try. I have also been reading that EQ goes great with that particular stack. My question comes from the dosing of EQ when taken with the triple stack. Does running EQ at 600mg/wk come with the pumps? My program contains a fair amount of running and I’m looking to avoid pumps while increasing endurance. I’ve also read that EQ isn’t worth it under 600mg/wk but have seen some endurance athletes on here claim effectiveness at 400mg/wk. It seems that the thought of 600mg/wk comes from the bodybuilding mindset and not necessarily the endurance aspect. Would anyone be able to clarify this or speak from experience?
