Hi, so I have thoughts about running a sarm cycle

Age: 20-25
Height-6ft
weight: 190 lbs
Bodyfat- 16-17%
Waist- 31
Arms-15.5
chest-41
Quads 26
Been training for less than 2 years.

Bench 200 lbs ( pec tear)
Deadlift- 405lbs
Squat- 315lbs
Dumbell row- 105lbs for reps
shoulderpress- 135lbs

Now im pretty happy with my stats, becouse i was really weak when i just started lifting, could barley deadlift 100 pounds, and i repped the barbell itself on the bench, and squat was barley 80 pounds. my bodyfat has gone down since i started lifting, and my weight has gone up with 25 pounds.

So i hope this is enough info, and my goals are to gain size and strength, and I have the budget required. I have no problems with running a longer cycle either, becouse i currently have my shit together, and I always get enough food and sleep. Altho i dont wanna gain anymore fat, so im currently leanbulking.

So what sarm/ sarmstack do you guys recommend? Im open to suggestions and advice.

So what exactly is your age bro? You out 20-25 so what is it? Since you are at 16% bodyfat, I'd recommend more of a Recomp type stack, that will add a considerable amount of lean mass and strength while helping drop your bodyfat quite a bit more. Id also suggest adding in MK-677 to this cycle which is excellent for adding lean mass and changing body composition. However it's best to run long term. You can run it right through Pct and beyond, and it's best ran 6 months to a year. Just thought I'd mention this great option to you

So im only 20... I feel that i might be to young for this, but Im uncertain becouse I hit puberty when I was 11 and stopped growing when I was 15, so I´m thinking i might be more "mature" than most 20-year olds

You are a little on the young side, but I don't have a problem with you using sarms. You just need to stay away from steroids until you are at least 25. Sarms don't carry the suppression and side effects that steroids do

you absolutely dont want to use steroids for quite some time, but i think you are already aware of that... the stack i gave you will have minimal suppression and running daa for a few weeks and then the mini pct will keep everything where it should be... you will be all good bro
