Rock climber and long time strength athlete here, looking for SARMs advice.
Some details on me:
34, have been lifting and doing strength sports for almost 20 years. 6’0 195, and was under 170 at my climbing peak. Have climbed V11, deadlifted 575 at 195, front squatted 1.9x bodyweight etc. I’m weak right now and I need to lose over 25 pounds of fat and gain over 10 of muscle back, but I’m also in no huge rush to do so. I’ve developed a lot of patience with these things over the years.
I’ve done one SARMs cycle before but it was 10 years ago and I understand that the science and compounds available have changed a lot.
I haven’t climbed or done strength training regularly for over 2 years and only just got back to it. I‘d like a relatively low dose cycle to help me get back my strength and fitness.
What I’m looking for:
1. Absolute minimum of sides
2. some assistance losing fat and getting stronger with very modest expectations
3. no water weight gain
Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated
