Hi Dylan
I am super happy i received part of my sarms today! Which means i will start my cycle soon!
But i got a question on your video on you tube the one on female and sarms you state that you like to keep women at 15mg for the S4 also written on it.
But on other forum you suggest doing 50mg? Which dosage do you recommend i am 5'4 around 125lbs around 18% body fat..

Hi Caro. Congrats on the TD. I know you're always looking great so I'm excited to watch your progress with your stack..

I've always been under the impression 50MG was the upper limit. This is not my area of expertise though so hopefully someone will set it straight.

Just wanted to let you know I was excited to see you crush it the next couple months!

Aww thanks i am super excited i will take before pictures, stats etc and update you guys i want everything to be documented.. Hubby and I have researching this stuff for a little while and finally decided to give it a go.. I wanted to see for myself what the hype is about

i never never never said anything about 15 mg... i think you misheard 50 for 15... i have never once recommended that dose... i just listened to it and i said 50 but my editor must have misheard and put in 15 so i will see if that can be corrected... right at the 4:00 minute mark... i clearly say 50... sorry on the typo

50mg is a great dose for females as well, and there's a lot of female feedback on it at that dose with great success. I don't see any reason to run a lower dosage.

Sorry i was just going by what the editor had written on the upper left side of the video, it didnt make sense on how to measure it at 15mg but I figured I better ask, just want to do things properly... thank you for getting back to me

its a good question... its an error on his part which i am glad you pointed out... i knew i never said anything like that but i can certainly understand the confusion by what was written...
