OK guys I want some input here. I have watched dylans videos on S4 dosing. But my question is if work really long days and was wondering if it would be better to take first S4 dose at say 10am and then 4 hours later at 2pm. Reasons I'm asking is i work about 14 hours a day and workout at night and thought I might get more out of it. I usually wake up at 3am eat breakfast get my meal prep together and out the door by 4 am then I'm back home by 7pm workout. So would it be better for first thing in the am like dylan says or maybe take at 8am. Thanks for any info
