I was just 2 weeks into my TRT after a Tren H cycle and started Gyno Symptoms

I had little rope size lumps under my nipples ...........This is what I did.

Letrozole 2.5mg with Aromasin 25mg for 7 days Then dropped the Aromasin

Letrozole 1.5mg ever 3 days now The lumps are gone......I think I will go two
