Recommendations for cycle

Hey Dylan, I'm looking for some recomendations on what I should do for a cycle. I am 27, 6ft 2, 235 lbs about 22% Bodyfat. I have been bulking for the the past year. The only cycles I have ever done are Test only cycles. My main goal is strength, but I'm tired of looking very puffy and when I cut I end up loosing so much strength. I want to get to about 15%bf and get stronger. Maybe add a bit if muscle, but that's not my priority. I was wondering what a good cycle for my goals would be. I don't wanna do anything crazy like tren or anadrol.
 
none bro... your body fat is WAY too high for steroid use and it shows you dont really have a mindset on nutrition or proper training... you should not be "bulking" for a year straight man... of course you have an elevated body fat but i could never recommend you steroid use in this condition.. you need to be in the 12-13% range... so you clearly have a ways to go
 
Yeah... I’m with Dylan here. At that body fat percentage you’re asking for allot of problems.

You are nowhere ready to cycle bro. You need to start with your diet which obviously has some big problems with it right now, and get into much better shape.
