Hey Dylan, love your videos and they are super informative. I’ve read all over the isarms site as well, but I’m still on the fence about which to use. I would be running a 12wk cycle paired with Cardarine 20mg ed and Ostarine 25mg ed wks 6-12 followed with a full PCT. While they both offer similar benefits, it seems the RAD is a little more versatile and the LGD is more towards sheer size. I’m coming back from an injury @ 23yrs old 6’4” 215lbs. Ideally out of my run I’d like to add ~20lbs lean mass and lose 3-4% body fat. I appreciate your time, thank you.
