This is my first time cycling any sort of PEDs, so forgive me if i'm not up to speed on all the short hand terminology.
I decided to log my cycle on this forum because I have been lurking here for a few months reading and gathering information before taking the plunge into using SARMS.
My reason for doing this log is I would like to give back to the community with my own personal experiences, as the information I've gathered during my research time is the reason I believe this cycle will be successful.
My stats are as follows:
Age: 32
Gender: Male
Weight: 196lbs
Height: 6'
Now I'd like to start this off by saying YES, I know I am overweight. I used to lift quite a lot in my early 20s, so I do have reasonable knowledge on how to train and eat correctly.. but unfortunately life took it's toll on my mind and body until roughly 12 months ago.
I have been training again for 12 months now and have managed to drop close to 60lbs, while at the same time building a good base of muscle. Thankfully all the effort I put in when I was younger has made this easier, as I still had a decent base under all the weight.
I'm at the point now where I do actually look quite good in a t-shirt, and get comments from time to time on my physique.. but unfortunately things aren't quite so tight when the shirt comes off.
I had originally committed to doing this naturally, but with summer coming up here (I'm in Sydney), I'd REALLY like that extra confidence boost coming into the warmer months -- this is why I have decided to try a SARM cycle.
The stack I have decided to go with is as follows... and I know some of the dosages may seem a little low but this is what I have on hand and will need to make do with it as the cost is now starting to play a factor.
Day 1-4 15mg RAD140 (the reason for this is that I will have just a tad extra RAD in my supply.. so I decided to use it up over the first 4 days)
After the first 4 days the stack will be as follows:
Week 1-4: 15mg RAD140 ED // 10mg LGD4033 ED // 10mg GW dosed 30min before training and all at once in the AM on off-days
Week 5-8: 30mg RAD140 ED // 10mg LGD4033 ED // 10mg GW dosed 30min before training and all at once in the AM on off-days
Week 9-12: I will either continue with the weeks 5-8 cycle for another 4 weeks if I'm getting good results or start the mini pct protocol as Dylan has spoken about in countless other threads of clomid 50/25/25/25 and also toss some GW in too.
I will post before and after pics at the end of my cycle.
Obviously criticism is welcome, as I am completely new to all of this.
DAY 1: 15mg of RAD140 taken this morning and I felt absolutely nothing extra in the gym tonight as expected :grin: (HA).
I'll update at the end of my training sessions.
