I got a question for @DylanGemelli. So I train MMA and BJJ. Lots of endurance work. I do lift a few times a week, but mostly total body stuff, power and explosion stuff. My goal isn't to get big. My goal is performance, endurance and lean muscle. Can Rad 140 provide this or should I stick with Osterine for my goals. Body recomp is a goal too to stay lean as well
