Some staples like bcaa, creatine, multi vitamin, glutamine, and casein protien before bed is what I used. Used that same stack and dropped 2% bf and put on 10 lbs
there is no required supplements to take... that's all person to person dependent upon your goals... i would highly recommend at the minimum adding bcaas and glutamine in there but everything else is really based on what you want here...
if your looking to melt fat, perhaps a fat burner like phenbuterol or more for size perhaps betaine... you could consider drying out more with dandelion root etc.. see, there is a different scenario for everything
