Whats the best way to prevent the prostate to enlarge while on cycle?
I take script meds since I'm over 40. Works out great since I run gear... free flowing poop canal of toxic waste.

I would say saw palmetto and cleaning the pipes daily.

Depends how long or short you want a reply. In short, 1-2 tablespoons of grounded brown flax seeds. Saw Palmetto medically, hasn't been proven effective in prostate health.

I don't how factual this is but taking Cialis during a cycle should in theory be instrumental in maintaining a healthy prostate. Cialis because of the longer half life. I think it's 16hours right..?

My doctor prescribed me 5mg Cialis daily for my prostate. I does work some but it depends on the severity of the enlargement. I also take Finasteride 1mg eod on TRT and 1mg ed while on cycle. I'm considering bumping it up to 2mg next run. Finasteride is superior to Saw Palmetto but I think it should be used as a last resort.

Makes sense, other one looked pretty cool though being black and white coulda just put on some loc's and called it a day. How the hell you put an avatar up? I'm old, but damn I can't find where 2 do it... ?

I don't have any ed problems but I did notice Cialis does relieve my bph symptoms. Cialis in conjunction with Finasteride has helped me more than Saw Palmetto. The main thing I noticed after taking Finasteride for a few months is my urine stream got noticeably stronger. The only downside with Finasteride is while on TRT my libido is slightly lower than normal but on blast I'm back to a raging sex maniac.

This is it in a nutshell...
Cialis works by increasing the levels of a chemical called cyclic guanosine monophosphate, or cGMP. This chemical increases blood flow to the penis. The chemical also relaxes muscle cells in the bladder and prostate. This may be why it eases the urinary symptoms of BPH.
