Hi guys,

Okay I'm posting this new thread with my stats and history so you can get a clear picture of me..

I'm 24 years old
I'm "6'0 tall
I'm 120 lbs (10 stone)

I used to be 196 lbs (14 stone). This was all natural weight, but I lost 4 stone of it when I began suffering from manic depression..

Right now, I'm not exactly eating and training like I used to, which is probably the reason why I'm so far underweight. It's not easy for me to talk about this, so take it easy on the criticism. I was just like you once. That been said, I've never ran a steroid cycle before.

But I am putting together a diet and training plan to get back to where I was.

My question is, can I run Primobolan to get back to where I was? I am not interested in packing on sheer mass anymore. I just wan't to get back to where I was.

I know Primo gains are slow and lean without water retention. I know that some guys run it alone at 600-1000mg per week. But then some like to throw in Test. I have the budget for it, but I just need your advice now..

IMO you need to Eat and Train and Eating is the most important and just FYI food is the most Anabolic substance on earth.
 
Yeah definitely don't touch any gear, you still got along way to go till you get back/try steroids.... even say you did jump on it as soon as you got off you would lose pretty much all of it even more in some cases... My suggestion is the natty route for a while... Good luck bud

my advice is getting your diet and training down pat and dont worry about a cycle till you have this set in stone atleast for 6 months to a year.
 
You have to get diet and training down first bud. I wouldn't go anywhere near aas for where you are right now. At your height and weight, you can easily put on weight just by getting the basics down.

Muscle memory is a wonderful thing brother. Trust me when I say you don't need the anabolic steroids. Just hit your diet and training hard, and you'll be back to where you were in no time buddy. Right now is just not the right time for AAS. Later on down the road when you have a good base built, it may be an option if you choose to go that route

Leg Curls - 4 sets for 10
Calf Raises 4 sets for 10

Tuesday - Back & Shoulders

Lat Pulldowns - 5 sets for 10
Seated Rows - 5 sets for 10

Wednesday - Chest & Triceps

Inclined Bench Press - 4 sets of 10
Bench Press - 4 sets of 10
Cable Cross-overs - 4 sets of 10

Thursday - Biceps & Forearms
Seated Bicep Curls - 4 sets of 10
Wrist Curls - 4 sets of 10
Reverse Wrist Curls - 4 sets of 10

Friday, Saturday & Sunday - Recovery

You need a lot more back work in there than that bro. Try some bent over BB rows, some weighted pull-ups, Tbar Rows, etc....

You also aren't showing any shoulder work at all. Implement some DB shoulder presses, upright rows, laters raises, shrugs, and military presses
 
If I were you, I'd eat everything in sight, I wouldn't even worry about lean mass, just mass in general is what you need...Knock down the reps, go heavier with the weight, and make sure to hit those big multi joint movements...deadlifts, squats, etc..keep to the free weights...and EAT...that weight is dangerously low from a health perspective...if you wanna pm me we can chat more about it...and stay completely away from anabolics....
