Whatsup Sir,
Big fan. Love your vids, and the way you speak and present info. You seem to really know your shit, and to care about people. Its quite admirable. No homo. I'm interested in a topic I don't believe you've touched on...marijuana in conjunction with steroids, and additionally sarms, etc if you have any important info on mj and other steroidal substances, but mostly steroids. I believe theres been some legit pros that smoke pot before or during workouts and was wondering if you know any actual biochemical facts on the benefits and (probably mostly) drawbacks of doing this. Benefits I notice include: when Im on a cycle my digestive tract tends to get so sped up (especially using oral sarms) that i can eat a ton but food flies through me so fast i dont gain that much weight. it seems like my body doesnt have time to get everything out of my food. When I smoke pot a few times I notice my digestion slow down and my muscles feel thicker and fuller, I get better pumps, my muscles are more responsive, and I gain weight better. It just feels like my food goes through me slow and I get everything out of it. Stopping the mj use results in decrease of these benefits. Please make a video about this if you have info and feel it may be pertinent to others, or just get back to me with your reaction to my experiences and any advice/info you may have.

i truly appreciate the words and support... what i can tell you is this.. i have been a medical user for 5-6 years and before that, was a recreational smoker for roughly 8-9 years... i have been a marijuana advocate since my teenage years and have spoke on the benefits for a very very long time... now personally, i cannot smoke before a workout, its detrimental... i use it when i want to get in depth on my writing and expand my knowledge base because i soak in so much more when i smoke... also i use it to help sleep and wind down the day... now some do perform better on it... i have seen it first hand over the years but some do not either so i cannot guarantee it will be good or bad in that regard... it clearly induces hunger but that is because it speeds up metabolism... i can tell you that it will not have any negative effect on your cycle whatsoever...
 
Absolutely nothing wrong with marijuana. I'd use it if I liked it. It'd be great. I actually might try it again in the near future.

It's my favorite post workout supplement,because after I work out I can't even think about eating.It helps with that a lot.I've done it a few times before working out & it works very well for me with lifting(too an extent) but it hinders my cardio,so I just steer clear of it until afterwards.

I feel it really helps with sleep and recovery...one in the same i guess.
 
I smoke pep spice. Really gets me to where I need to be before a workout. (not srs)

I use for rest at night, some even here says do it before cardio, I just personally don't think I could function maybe I could but I will not smoke and drive anywhere especially on a military installation lol

For me, I'm not sure I'd be able to eat as much as I need to, or sleep as well as I do, without it. It's my ultimate recovery tool. I've tried smoking before the gym before, but it was a mistake. I couldn't get in the zone. At work on the other hand it helps me get in the zone. But I don't puff at all after lunch so by gym time I'm sobered up.

I'd say go for it, I'd be smoking again but my job prevents me from using it (luckily they don't screen for gear use lol). I loved it before bed and for generating new ideas. I'd love to see dylan cover it in a video.

wow this thread turned out to be awesome. thanks everyone for your posts.

as i said earlier smoking makes my muscles feel thicker and fuller, gives me better pumps, and makes my muscles more responsive. i actually only recently started smoking while on cycle, and it helped me past a plateau i was at. this made me think alot about why it worked like it did.
one interesting idea i had is that the low heart rate and blood pressure caused by smoking result in the occlusion effect. as in occlusion training. where blood flows stronger outward from the heart than it does back, resulting in buildups in the muscle. it causes a prolonged similar feeling as my experience with occlusion.
cant say for sure if occlusion was the cause but regardless of the mechanism, mj helped me beat that dreaded plateau.

If it weren't for my job and random drug screens, I'd be using it as well.
Same here... I have a FEDERAL license so even if legal by my state my hands are tied until it's nationwide unfortunately.
 
For me when I smoke if I smoke I get pretty lazy hey, I couldn't imagine going to the gym ripped! plus it makes me crave shitty foods! :(
