Hi everyone so before going into details i give you some of my details again. So i am 30 years old, I am from Italy I started training when i was 21. I am 5'9" tall and i actually weight 175lbs at 10% bf. So i finally got a good source with good brand products and i am planning to start my first cycle after the holidays in january. This is what i am planning to do:

week 1-10: testosterone enhantate 250mg per week i will probably shoot every monday morning or afternoon;
week 1-10: Aromasin 12.5 mg eod(i am very prone to back acne and i had gyno in my puberty so i hope this will be sufficient, i also use a special soap for acne);
week 13-14: Nolvadex ed at 40mg;
week 15-16: Nolvadex ed at 20mg.

So what you guys think should i use also some liver protection even if injectable are not really toxic, and what about the prostate what would you guys do.

In the mean time thank you very much for your attention.

Seems like a nice basic first cycle... however there are a few issues:

- your pct is horrible
- personally, I would pin test-e twice per week
- I would go with 300/350mg per week

This is what your pct should be:
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
MK2866 25mg per day
GW 20mg per day

Dylan just came out with a few new products that can help with recovery...

So ok i will ad clomid into pct but for dosages of test i will stay at 250 on an eventually second cycle i will go up to 500. So i will have to use aromasin on pct too?

300/350mg is actually a safe dose brother... but if you want to stick with 250, that’s fine... I like the cautious approach...
Yes, you run Aromasin from start to end..

You need more than that for pct bro.

Last two weeks of your cycle and the two weeks esters clear you want to run Post CT www.dganutrition.com/post-ct

Then your pct should look like this

Clomid 50/50/50/25/25/25
Nolva 40/40/40/20/20/20
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
Mk2866 25mg per day
GW 20mg per day
Organ ST www.dganutrition.com/cycle-support/organ-st

With being so estrogen sensitive I would make sure you get bloodwork done before and during cycle and after pct to monitor estrogen levels. You may need to alter aromasin dosage based off of bloodwork.

yes, your pct is so horribly incomplete and if you dont run a proper pct, dont plan on keeping any gains and actually you will end up worse off than when you started...

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…Organ ST plays a pivotal role in a post-cycle therapy (PCT). There’s a strong misconception that the role of a PCT is simply to restart the natural testosterone production that was shut down from the steroid cycle. While this is true, there are a lot of the other issues that the body has to deal with during a PCT: hormone fluctuations, high liver enzymes, increased blood pressure, pressure on the kidneys and endocrine system, high stress and cortisol levels, the list goes on...Organ ST helps address all of these problems and helps you recover in a timely manner. The quicker you recover, the less likelihood of any long-term problems occurring, and the more likely that all gains you make during your cycle are retained.

clomid 50/50/50/25//25/25
nolva 40/40/40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
ORGAN ST https://www.dganutrition.com/cycle-support/organ-st
mk-2866 25 mg day (ONLY 4 WEEKS)
gw-501516 20 mg day

Dylan’s approach to PCT is definitely the most complete comprehensive therapy you could run. If you want to recover properly follow his advice to a tee. Don’t skimp on anything otherwise it’s not worth running a cycle period.

I just good my bllod work on my general analasys i didn't do the hormonal yet i will eventually do them next week, so the only value that is high is my total cholesterol which i am concerned cause usually when total cholesterol is high something else is high too anyways here are the values:

Glicemia(i dont know the english name): 73 (70-105);
Azotemia: 32 (10-50);
Uricemia(Uric acid): 4,19 (3,40-7,00);
Creatinine: 1,04 (0,9-3,00);
Total cholesterol: 251 Raccomended values <200, Low high limit 200-239, High values >240;
Cholesterol HDL: 56 Low risk>55, Moderate risk 35-55, High risk<35;
Cholesterol LDL: 173 (<190);
Triglicerids: 109 (60-165);
AST: 23 (0-37);
ALT: 23 (0-41);
Total Bilirubin: 0.97 (0,20-1,20);
Alfa Amilasi: 70 (0-86).

White cells: 5.300 (4.000-10.000);
Red cells: 5.610.000 (4.000.000-6.000.000);
Enoglobin(HGB): 15.6 (13.0-17.5);
Ematocrit(HCT): 46.2 (42,0-54,0);

PIASTRINE(PLT): 200.000 (150.000-450.000);

Albumine: 4,69 g/dl (2,70-5,68);
Alfa 1: 0,21 g/dl (0,08-0,38);
Alfa 2: 0,78 g/dl (0,34-1,15);
Beta: 1,00 g/dl (0,42-1,27);
Gamma: 1,63 g/dl (0,55-1,74).

Total protein: 8,30 g/dl (5,20-8,50)
And all the other urine values are in the normal range.

So i was thinking to repeat again in another laboratory my cholesterol values to see if theres any difference between them i was thinking to do it tomorrow morning but i worked out today and maybe this could modify values so would it be better to do it monday instead?
Further more i know have been eating lots of read meat recently and i was taking 5gr creatine a day but that doesnt justify a so high value. My blood pressure averages in the 70-110 and my bpm are usually 55 in the morning and 65 at night.
So what you guys think if the cholesterol values are high again should i do the hormonal blood work i heard that sometimes high testosterone can lead to high cholesterol too
