I rotate shoulders when i inject. last monday 5 days ago, i did the left. It was perfectly fine until about 2 days ago. It looks fine but its sore, and idk why, since it wasnt sore at all before. The right shoulder is always perfecly fine. Back to the left one, it is like hard, and it feels like its sore. does anyone know whats going on?

warming oil? :OOO idk bro im a noob. I just take syringe, draw oil, and then pin, with the same needle . the left one prob 4 times now. Maybe i hit a nerve, idk but when i did the injextion everything was fine, just a few days later it became sore. I know my friend punched me in the arm lightly, so maybe that caused a chain reaction.. really idk thats the only thing i can think of, everything else has been normal. Same oil, i got from Xeno. Now that u mention oil spilage, the last few times i injected both left and right, a tiny dot, of oil comes back up i guess, that would be the best way to explain it. But no more comes out, no blood either, just the last few tiems a tiny dot of oil did come out. Does anyone know why? THe first few times i pined no oil ever came back up, but a tiny ammount of blood did. Ima go tough it out and go do arms now.

U could try warming the vial under warm water or with a heat pad might alleviate some of the pip. Or could just be virgin muscle, takes time to get used to pinning

Pip comes and goes, if their isn't a ball under the skin or obvious infection or sever pain I wouldn't worry to much about it, Sometimes when I pin my TRT dose in my butt checks it gets crazy sore but most of the time nothing.

i try to inject as fast as possible, but the dam oil is so thick, takes about 30 seconds for the whole cc to get in there. There is a small lump.... but its not visable... i can feel it when i touch it tho. it feels like its inflamated. It hurts when i lift my hand above my head, but its not sever pain, just annoying... like being super sore.

30 sec is fast depending on how much you inject and where you inject. the deltoid is a thin muscle dude, not much there. you inject how much? 1cc? and how high is the concentration? that can cause a lot of pip. a little oil leak is fine, that happens to me occasionally. a little blood is normal too sometimes. just make sure you aspirate. if it is just sore then that is normal, you stabbed your shoulder with a needle and pushed oil into your deltoid, that is a good reason for your muscle to be sore lol....BUT if it gets swollen and red and hot, watch out for infection. you may want to use a new sterile needle and not use the same one for both injects. and make sure you swab both sites to be safe. most likely it is just PIP but keep an eye on it. inject slower and after you finish massage the site a little.

i would just use a different injection site. try quads or glutes. if you need help with those sites let me or someone else know.

Test 400 did that to my shoulders... 2 to 3 days after pinning I wouldn't even be able to sleep on my sides.. I had 3 different sites to give myself 3 weeks to heal. I never bought 400 again lol. I hit my ventro Friday idk if it's from being a new site or what but I have mild swelling. Easy to pin but mine isnt as pronounced and asylums video

Theres a lot of good info here. Any particular reason you chose to hit delts instead of glutes or quads? Quads are my preference. .. so much larger an area and can hold far more oil. Also id say to use a draw needle and a separate tip to inject with. Rubber stoppers can dull the shit out of a pin after just one pull and damage tissue on injection. Id try rotating 4 spots if youre already getting tissue damage.

Your story reminds me of a buddy of mine... his injection technique is so poor. I watched him inject 2 cc's into his delt using a 1" needle, only burying it about halfway, PULLING OUT as he pressed down the plunger as hard and as quickly as possible. The damn needle was out as he was still shooting oil. He leaked about 1/4 cc down his arm and it looked like a golf ball under his skin. I laughed so hard and he looked at me like I was the idiot.... he's been cycling longer than I have too lol.

But as everyone has said, just refine your technique. Warm the oil, use a heating pad and just take your time. It'll be all gravy .

After they go through skin or rubber they are no longer as sharp. I will be changing to a 25 for injecting after advice here but right now I use an 18 to draw and a 21 to inject. 1" in delt and 1.5" in ventro-glute

Z track is impossible in delts unless someone else is doing the injection. It's a great method, but only works in quads if self injecting .

Big problem right there bro. NEVER inject as fast as possible. You want slow controlled injections to minimize the effect on your tissue all at once and increasing pip. Inject slow to let the oil dissipate.

I also noticed you said you draw and inject with the same needle which is also a no no. Drawing dulls the tip and causes pip as well as not being as sanitary. Always inject with a fresh needle

I hit shoulders cause its the smallest needle needed, 5/8. I have 1.5 also but man when i see that thing, it just scares the shit out of me. never tried any other injection spot other then shoulders
