I just have runed 12 weeks test enanthate / trenbolone Acetate for my first time cycle and now i m going to start my pct i have bought HCG + nolvadex + clomid ( just note please that in my country we dont have no sarms no peptides..to get the steroids you must find them in the black market..)

So The pct will be like

-immediately after the last injection i ll take the hcg 500ui 3 times per week + nolvadex 20mg a day ( this will be for the first 2 weeks )

-and for 4 weeks i take nolvadex at 10mg a day + clomid ( first 2 weeks 50mg a day then last 2 weeks 25mg a day )

What do you think ? Is that right ?

can definately tell you your PCT is very very wrong.

You dont take HCG during PCT, your nolva is 1/2 what it should be, you dont have GW for controlling cortisol, so many things wrong, the first being not having a solid PCT plan before even starting a test blast.

unless I misread, it says you just Ran this cycle Runed=runned=ran?? so you just ran a first time cycle of test and tren (mistake) and now you are asking for PCT advice. a little bit late don't you think bro?

bro, wtf are you doing, seriously?? why would you ever use tren on a first cycle... do i not say enough that you should never do that... i even did an ENTIRE video on it... your going to get what you deserve here.. not to mention you did not even have your pct planned and YES, you CAN get anything you need in your country... sarmsx ships anywhere with NO problems whatsoever.... you are just a very very reckless person and i have no respect for that whatsoever.. not at all...

you run hcg the last four weeks of your cycle right up until you start pct... NO MORE than that should you run it...

i am giving you the link to get the entire pct you need to purchase followed by the layout... when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…

That was a horrible idea to run for a first cycle. What mattes now is running the proper pct to recover from. You need to make sure your pct is fully covered and what you currently have won't cover it.

Start off by running HCG at 1000iu per week (500 injected twice) the last two weeks of your cycle and the next two weeks after your last steroid injection. Then stop HCG and run the following pct
